Resident Life Assistant at Trine University Resident life Staff
I am in charge of making sure that residents on my floor are involved in school events and also doing their school work. I am also here for any support they may need while at school. I also work with a team of RAs to plan events and create marketing plans for eight events a semester. This includes creating ten flyers and contacting residents through emails to convince them to participate I have worked to make twenty residents feel comfortable at school. I helped them with any problems they had. Overall my goal was to get students involved and enjoy their time at school.
