Luke Cichocki

Luke Lukasz Cichocki, an accomplished technology and business leader, currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Alcrete, a leading manufacturing firm in the Chicago area. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning IT and business operations, Luke Cichocki has consistently demonstrated a talent for aligning technology with strategic business goals. Luke earned his Master of Science in Management and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Poland. He is a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society recognizing top-performing students in AACSB-accredited business programs. Throughout his career, Luke Cichocki has held diverse roles; from IT Specialist and Full Stack Software Engineer to IT Manager, Global Director of IT, and now CIO-each reflecting his deep technical expertise and executive insight. He has previously held leadership positions at LI Enterprises and Watersaver, where he played a critical role in driving innovation and digital transformation. Luke Cichocki specializes in bridging the gap between technology and business, leveraging systems and data to create efficiencies, enhance performance, and support sustainable growth. At Alcrete, he leads the companys IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Agata and dog Julian on various trips, diving into a good book, and playing both guitar or piano. His favorite sport is swimming, which he credits for keeping him balanced and focused.
