Alyssa Schneider

My name is Alyssa Schneider. I am the third child out of six kids and I am not like the rest of them. I grew up very close with my siblings but I aspired to be different. For a while I followed my older sisters footsteps in volleyball for five years until I discovered theatre. There I found a new love and started to create like no other. I learned to step out of my comfort zone and finally be me. I decided to join Butler Tech School of the Arts and there I was granted the chance to write a play, direct my peers and join the National Technical Honor Society. I always enjoyed learning and have always been a hard worker. I love to be busy and I love leading others. I take a peaceful stand and help those around me find their voice. I love writing and hopefully one day, through journalism, I can write stories that will help others find heir voice.
