My current goal is to gain further experience in by acquiring appropriate exposure, challenging and responsible position that would allow me to apply my learned psychology knowledge so that it will help me develop a greater proficiency in this area. Furthermore, I hope it would assist me in obtaining a Masters degree in Psychology (industrial-organizational psychology with HR) on part time basis with a fulltime job. This is to enhance my skills and to be a professional HR executive specialising in compensation and benefits, and training and development.
