Myra Edmonds is a senior fashion design and production student at Lasell College. Upon graduation in May 2017, Myra plans on attending graduate school to pursue a Masters degree in Fashion History. With this degree, she will pursue a career in clothing and textile conservation, as a curator for an art or textile museum. In the future, she also plans on using her degree to teach fashion history at the college level. In her spare time, Myra plans on building her own womens wear clothing brand. Myra has been sewing since the age of nine and in college has participated in multiple fashion shows. She looks forward to presenting her Senior fashion collection this May, 2017. Myra Edmonds is a driven, highly motivated young professional with experience in multiple facets of fashion design including sewing, draping, patternmaking, technical design, and fashion illustration with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator programs.
