I love being a student and keep learning. I taught in schools, colleges, and universities. My administrative responsibilities range from heading one and more academic departments to program coordination and leading accreditation and schools' evaluation processes. Voluntarily, I worked with the IBO as an IBEN member (Recognition Ambassador for India, Consultant, Workshop Leader, and School Visit Team Leader/Member). To ensure the quality of my work for my students' and schools' best satisfaction, I galvanize my skills through continuous learning for formal qualifications and professional development. These include qualifications and training in academic leadership and pedagogical innovations. I have always worked in schools that either started their programs, were newly established, or were in the expansion phase. These rare opportunities helped me in metamorphosing and learning the skills of change leadership, policymaking, policy evaluation, accreditation and review of academic programs, staff recruitment, fiscal feasibility analysis and management, capacity building through specifically designed in-house professional development, curriculum designing, evaluation & alignment, and project management. I have been instrumental in curriculum designing and improvement for learners' contemporary population, assessment alignment, school structure, school life, and schedule design, budgeting, evaluation of ESL programs, cross-curricular integration planning, and collaborative studies across borders, in various capacities. I have led programs connecting schools beyond borders using interactive technology that allows sharing and cooperative learning experiences. I belong to the breed of educators who make the horse thirsty to drink water as soon as it is made available.
