Hi! I am Matthew Williams but mostly go by Matt, and I am looking to get my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, as well as a minor in Nutrition. I love all things physical, including weight lifting, running, and what I put into my body. I am currently working at Chick-Fil-A and I have a role in two leadership positions. Academically, I never scored below a B in any class, but I mainly focused on working towards growing in my roles outside of high school, such as work and lifting.

Kitchen Supervisor, Team leader at Chick fil a
As a Kitchen Supervisor, I am responsible for running any given shift in the kitchen, putting employees in positions and helping wherever I am needed. I also am responsible for making sure our health aspects, such as making sure temperatures are in check, the chicken is not raw, and making sure the kitchen has an overall clean look to it with different cleaning tasks. As a team leader, I work in the front, I am responsible for making sure team members upfront are well taken care for, and making sure customers feel heard. I also am the shift supervisors right-hand man, doing anything they need of me. Knowing all the positions in the store makes me a valuable asset to the team.
