My responsibility as a certified trainer is to ensure those around me feel safe and confident in their work. I train new team members on how to properly develop their skills as cooks, dishwashers, or backup workers. I set the example for my other team members. As a line cook, which is my primary role, I am a team leader and I ensure guest satisfaction rates are excelled.
