Maggie Mahaffa

My career objective is to become a licensed physician. My clinical, research, and volunteer experiences have all contributed to my interest in pursuing a career in health care and to my qualifications in the field. I have been studying Biochemistry and Spanish at Lawrence University and plan on applying to medical schools within the coming years. In addition to my experience in the physical and biochemical sciences, I am very interested in the humanities. I think that my coursework in anthropology, psychology, and Spanish will be invaluable in as they provide me with a holistic view of modern issues in health care.
