I am a goalkeeper on the Rhodes College Women's Varsity Soccer Team. Our season is from August to November and requires players to practice four times a week for up to three hours a day. Additionally, we travel and play at home for soccer games two to three times a week. Out of season, players are expected to lift three times a week for one hour a day and practice three times a week for up to two hours a day
