Responsible for managing a program for 120+ preceptors in the division. My role includes developing content for preceptor meetings, presenting content, and empowering teammates to be leaders in their clinics. I am responsible for presenting monthly webexes while supporting a sense of team for preceptors across six regions. I am also responsible for interviewing teammates who desire to be preceptors and counseling those who are not yet a fit for the role.

Responsible for overseeing the clinical metrics of 17 dialysis facilities. A Clinical Services Specialist is both an educator and a quality outcomes specialist covering specific regions for DaVita. Key responsibilities will include development, review, and roll out of clinical policies and education materials; implementation and monitoring of plans to meet facility goals; and sharing best practices that support quality management programs. Additional duties may include assisting in preceptor training programs and training teammates, management, and patients.

Responsibilities include driving central venous catheter metrics for 2000+ patients. Focus on developing strategies to implement best demonstrated practices for permanent vascular access placement while reducing central venous catheters across six regions. Six regional leads report to me in regards to CVC removals, permanent access placements, and progress towards meeting corporate and CMS goals. Responsible for strategizing with regional operations directors, director of clinical services, and divisional Vice President ways to meet goals to ensure superior patient outcomes.
