I've now graduated from HVCC w/ the A.A.S. in CIV. (3.7 g.p.a), and a "minor" in the Construction Management program which I have completed all but 6 credit hours toward. I'm seeking employment in either of these fields with a firm that can make good use of my drive and exceptional capacity for personal and professional growth. I've been a landlord and a property owner of several homes for many years as well as a plumbing contractor and farmer. Where integrity is concerned, I have outstanding personal and business credit, in the 780's, with many lines and mortgages and extremely favorable debt to equity ratios. I'm fiscally savvy and I have an extensive record of saying what I mean and meaning what I say. I take the 2% every time and I have excellent management skills. The more I'm vested, the greater the returns. I've always preferred to work for skills and knowledge, a.k.a equity over earned income. I'm a long term thinker that tries to see the big picture. Put me on the project, I'll give it all I've got. I'm also ACI grade 1 certified as well as DEC storm water management certified. I've been a farmer all of my life. Starting as a stable hand, worked up to manager of a farm w/ over 100 head, now an Owner of a small horse farm. I understand work in all weather, 20 hour days, minimal pay, life and death on a daily basis, physical toughness, the ultimate 24/7/365 "job". Compared to farming, ANY other job is just a paid vacation. I still play with tractors. Unfortunately, I have a serious need to fly in antique aircraft, especially the B-24 and B-17, I've been up in all the remaining operational aircraft in the continental U.S., several times. This means I do require a salary commensurate with the maintenance of that exquisite and rather expensive habit. Jets are for kids.
