In the three years I have attended Miami University I have found that I have many interests that can be expressed on campus. Currently, I work at the Armstrong Student Center, hold a position on the student board of Armstrong, am Vice President of Boxing Club, and member of Zeta Tau Alpha and director of the Links committe. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, snow boarding and playing co-Ed volleyball. Volleyball is another one of my passions, especially beach in the summer. It is my hope that I can graduate after next summer and pursue my career as a health professional.

Marquette Gasser was recognized for studying abroad
In the winter of 2013 myself and 20 other students studied abroad in Havana, Cuba for two weeks. The course was called "Cuba in Transition" and was a six credit course. Prior to the trip we met monthly and turned in paper summarizing the assigned readings. While in Cuba we toured all of Havana meeting the locals as well as other students. We focused mostly on the transition Cuba has been going through, especially relations with the U.S.

The Links committee is in charge of organizing fun activities that promote bonding for each pledge class as well as leadership. Each grade has a representative that I am in charge of helping come up with interesting activities.

S.A.N.D. is a student run organization that promotes health and nutrition on campus and also provides tutoring for members. Every spring the club puts on a large Nutritioon Conference , which I was very involved in during the spring of 2014.

Event Production Team at Miami University
At Armstrong the EPT (Event Production Team) is a team of hardworking dedicated students. Our job is to set up and tear down events in the pavilion and Shade Family Room. Working with EPT also makes one responsible for technology in the pavilion as well as the Wilkes Theater.

Marketing Research Intern at Gasser Chair Company Inc.
For two summers I worked in the sales department updating and creating sales research. Most days were spent on excel creating spread sheets as well as drop down boxes to organize hotel, casino, county club, and statistical data for each representative in the United States. The past summer I worked and trained my replacement to update the program's I had created. I currently advise intern in my place and am kept on call to help with possible international research.

Managed and trained all employees involved with the lake. Scheduled myself and others and dealt with customers involved with the beach area as well as pavilions. Also, worked as a part of grounds crew doing small maintenance jobs throughout the campground.
