Why is Healthcare important to me? I have a passion to work in this filed. I would want to improve the patient care, and have a direct impact on people's lives. In this filed, there is always something to improve and make better, and that is my ultimate goal. I would like to use my innovative instincts and put my talent into something that matters. What am I doing? I find the problems and obstacles and overcome them. I see the process and vision how it can be improved. I walk into a chaos and don't exit until all is organized and improved. How do I do that? I have a talented team including Software Developers, DBAs, Network Engineers, Medical (PACS/RIS/EMR) Specialist and Help Desk that help me to accomplish my projects. I use Six Sigma method to stay lean. What am I dedicated to? 1. What's best for the patients. 2. What's best for my company. 3. What's best for my team. I am dedicated to my employees career development.
