Dedicated and effective junior leader with over two years of multi-disciplinary experience to include leading highly specialized soldiers in a combat environment. Always striving to continue to learn leadership and business techniques to improve any organization I am involved with. Currently in a commissioning program for the U.S. Army to become a 2nd Lieutenant. As a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army, I developed my soldiers by providing consistent training opportunities and feed back. Responsible for their physical fitness, learning and development, personal issues, and overall readiness. Extra duties: Unit Prevention Leader in which I administered over 30 drug tests with out any lapses in procedure. Provided over 1000 hours of substance abuse and prevention training to over 40 employees. Responsible for for over $1.2 million in specialized equipment in a combat zone with zero loss.
