Greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing information about products. For this position, it was necessary to be outgoing and polite to better understand the desires of the customer, as well be able to juggle several different tasks at once while remaining collected and polite to all customers and answering any questions about the products. The work was always fast-paced and taught me how to manage my time and responsibilities quickly and effectively. I had to use a register and handle money as well as call other branches for customers. I was also the visuals specialist which meant I was in charge of dressing mannequins and maintaining the other various displays. This required an eye for detail and creative improvisation since oftentimes the items outlined for a mannequin were not currently available.
