Scott Mayott

• Assist the Housing Coordinator of Residential Leadership and Civic Engagement with tasks and responsibilities. • Serve as a point of reference for the Panther LEAP and Panther LEAP 2.0 programs. • Assist in matters concerning the Residence Hall Association and National Residence Hall Honorary organizations. • Help facilitate and complete assignments or requests needed from University Housing.

Supervisor • Manage and maintain an effective call center by monitoring pledges, completing pledge review and assisting callers throughout shift. • To complete and submit a nightly log of shift statistics, project summary, nightly goals and system concerns or challenges. • To coach and motivate callers to maintain high enthusiasm, as well as provide disciplinary action when callers violate company policies and procedures. Student Fundraiser • Call alumni, parents, friends and donors of Georgia State University to obtain donations for the University. • Call and thank donors for contributions to the University, as well as acquiring survey information for further development of University. • Process credit and debit transactions, update information, and foster good feelings for prospects towards the University.

To further my education by obtaining a degree and building a foundation for my career. In addition, being an advocate supporter of my school, and increasing the moral of the school by attending school sponsored events, as well as participation in on and off-campus activities.
