Provide Training and Sales Support for the Field Sales Unit. To include training the Sales Process, Products (i.e. Accident, Disability, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Cancer, Dental, Hospital Indemnity), Procedures and Technology to achieve corporate sales goals.

Responsible for new hire onboarding, mentoring and enhanced training opportunities for existing employees.

Engaged in educational and training activities of external distribution and service partners, including agents, brokers, enrollment firms, benefit administration partners, etc.

Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive field training curriculum focusing on;
o Life and Health Product portfolio
- Group and Individual contracts for voluntary benefits
- Employee and Employer paid plans
- Features
- State exceptions
- Underwriting Guidelines
- Competitive positioning
o Business model process
- Functional business units roles / responsibilities
- Business protocols / guidelines
- Submission, service and support
o Enrollment
- Strategy
- Proprietary tools / support
o Targeted marketing and sales programs, as defined by the management team
