Wrote and sent out email campaigns concerning the upcoming season 2021/22 season. In order to increase ticket sales for the Royals games. I made ticket sales via phone call and did research for them for special events that they are having throughout the season. I learned a lot about the Reading Royals business culture, learned how to be a good sales representative as well as how important it is to build a relationship with your customers before trying to sell them anything.

I worked here during my summer and winter breaks from school.
Managed my cash register by making sure I gave out the correct amount of change when cash was used. Also handled transactions involving credit, debit, and access cards, as well as checks. Customer satisfaction was always a priority even under difficult circumstances. Transferred inventory to stocks as needed, assisted customers with finding items, stocked items in a neat and orderly fashion.
