-Resolving/troubleshooting tickets for Canvas representing staff & students -generated technical requests or problems and troubleshooting technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
-Respond to requests for Canvas, visualize the problem, and respond to the user with a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand solution to their problem.
-Assists primarily end users in the Faculty and Staff roles, as well as Students, providing troubleshooting and technical support over email and the support ticketing system.
-Assist with walk-ins.
- Answer a high volume of Phone calls in a timely manner.
- Assist faculty, staff, and students campus-wide with Credentials related Issues.
- Complete assigned tickets with FreshService.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BeyondTrust Remote Support.
-Setting and clearing tables, taking food and beverage orders, and serving residents in a hospitable manner.
-Understanding and reviewing the daily menu and dining schedule with residents.
