Milan Radovanovic

I am passionate about health and the well being of the community that I live in. This lead me to realize that improving the overall quality of life, of yourself and others, is the most important aspect of life. More importantly, my passion to help the community lead me to discover marketing, because we have the ability of communicating the quality and value of products to everyday people that can improve their lives. Similarily I understand the aspect of time and the importance that it holds in the world. Through this realization I have discovered that efficiency is the single leading attribute that is most important in the workforce, which peaked my interest to better myself and lead me to logistics. Currently I am a student at John Carroll University, seeking my Bachelors in science in business administration with a double major in marketing and logistics. Also I currently work at Target, a mid-end retailer, where I have learned the effectiveness of proper marketing and supply chain management, which I use and apply to the information I have learned through my studies. In addition to working at Target, I am a certified grade 8 FIFA referee and I am able to manage soccer games at the competitive youth level. Through refereeing, I have effectively learned both time management and management skills needed for the workplace, as well as working with various individuals of many ethnic backgrounds.
