As a mama of 3 , I understand the importance of regulating the nervous system to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. This led me to pursue a career in Psychology . Growing up in Trinidad and Tobago, I was exposed to the vibrant culture and rich traditions that shaped my identity. Being a mother has further deepened my appreciation for my roots and instilled in me a desire to pass on these values to my childrenand elimnate any toxic belief and patterns that dont serve us . One of my main motivations in life is making my late father proud. He passed away when I migrated to the USA, but his memory lives on through me. I strive to honor him by being the best version of myself and achieving success in all aspects of life. This includes being a loving mother to my children and providing them with the guidance they need to thrive. In addition to being a dedicated mom, I have a passion for cooking and baking. Cooking allows me to express myself creatively while nourishing both body and soul. It brings me joy to see my loved ones enjoy the meals I prepare with love. Nature is another aspect of life that brings me immense happiness. The beauty of Trinidad and Tobago's landscapes never fails to captivate me, whether it be the lush rainforests or pristine beaches. Spending time outdoors rejuvenates my spirit and reminds me of the importance of preserving our natural environment for future generations. Embracing these aspects allows me to lead a fulfilling life while honoring my heritage and creating lasting memories with those I love most.
