 Coordinates detailed schedule development and directs schedule execution for the assigned work week to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance and ensures online risks are coordinated to minimize safety challenges and effectively and efficiently implements the schedule goals  Provides direction to all department planners, schedulers, project managers, and other support personnel for the development of an effective and accurate schedule to meet work management process key indicators  Manages priority emergent work for the assigned work week  Evaluates scheduling execution performance analysis data and develops a weekly performance analysis report to assist in the development of corrective actions at weekly meetings  Coaches, mentors, and develops other members of the work management organization  Construction Outage Manager for refueling and maintenance outages overseeing approximately 1,200 contractors  Assistant Operational Support Center Director for the Emergency Response Organization overseeing approximately 40 individuals  Summer Readiness Coordinator ensuring plant readiness to operate safely and reliably through the summer generation period
