I am a highly motivated young professional with 4.5 years of experience in clinical care settings. I am well organized and have strong communication skills. I have a bachelors degree in Social Work and Licensure in the State of Ohio and will have my MSW completed in May of 2017. Career Goals include crisis intervention with a focus on connecting clients and their families to resources from within a hospital setting and I am also motivated to do work with clients living with IV drug addiction from a hospital setting. I have experience working in both Surgical and Medical Intensive Care, Cardiac Surgery Recovery, and Emergency Care. Within these settings, I have provided a multitude of services including direct patient care, grief support, therapeutic crisis intervention, readmission prevention, care collaboration, and discharge planning.
