Natalie Formica

John has over 30 years of experience with the Firm, including over 20 years as a partner. John has extensive experience in coordinating all aspects of client service in a variety of industries. He has led audits ranging from multi-national and domestic public registrants to entrepreneurial family-owned private companies. John's overall client service responsibilities include maintaining and developing client relationships, advising senior management on a variety of strategic and operational matters, coordinating all aspects of PwC's services, including international affiliates and technical specialists, the identification and timely resolution of technical issues, and the administration and completion of the audits. John has assisted clients in initial public offerings and debt offerings, including related SEC filings associated with acquisitions and spinoffs, and coordination with management, counsel, underwriters and sponsors. He has also served as the global relationship partner on several Fortune 500 companies that are non-audit clients of the Firm, where he was responsible for managing delivery of PwC solutions for a variety of business issues. In addition to his direct client responsibilities in New York Metro, John is leading our mid-cap client practice both in developing our audit footprint as well as expanding our non-audit relationships with these clients. He also is the New York Metro Industrial Products Business Development Leader. In these roles, John is responsible for driving our overall strategy, developing our account teams and enhancing our presence in the marketplace, including organizing a number of market-facing events featuring firm experts and external speakers. John also serves as the Firm's relationship partner to Providence College with responsibility for all recruiting activities, including developing our recruiting strategy, managing recruiting activities and selection and interviewing of candidates.
