Nathan Carr

Currently, I am studying Economics with minors in Data Science, Complexity and Environmental Studies. Throughout my academic career, I have enjoyed studying trends and data analysis. Both Data Science and Complexity, the study of complex systems and their properties, allow me to fully enhance these analytical skills. This additional study has given me a new perspective on the value of networks, inter-connectivity, and emergent trends that can appear in the sciences I am passionate about. Applying this to my studies and career in Economics is exciting. I value my work ethic and organizational skills and always try to better myself as a leader when given the opportunity. I am an open-minded individual, and my strengths are communicating openly and honestly, and creative problem-solving. Our world is changing rapidly and my goal is to apply my knowledge and skill set to the Economic world while continuing my passion/goal to live sustainably. I look forward to interning in the summer of 2020 with Travelers in their Product Management Development Program (PMDP). I am beyond excited for the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute to such a renowned organization.
