Organized study sessions, weekly personal check - in's Assisted students with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, also educated them on creating blackboard and email accounts. Guided students in the development of skills and strategies for dealing with their problems. Counseled students individually, assisted them in overcoming the obstacles of their first year in college, adjusting to life, and making proper choices to stay focused.
