Development, Implementation, and Management of programs for Business Development, Marketing, and HR. In my role, I often assisted company committees with proposing or designing and implementing various long-term change initiatives. I worked closely with the formation of the Wellness Committee. Specifically, designing and implementing a Wellness Fair, as well as exploring long term award goals for the committee. In addition to working with company committees, I also served an integral part in executing the roll-out of the new online training platform. I designed proposals for senior staff and created courses in areas such as project management and Microsoft Access. Daily, I utilized Microsoft Access and Excel to track applicants for employment, manage external email communication to candidates who have been referred by current employees for open positions, and draft press releases. Currently I am partaking in transitioning the company to a new HRIS system.
