• Manage and supervise entire music showcase events at different venues including the Masquerade, Centerstage and Apache Cafe. • Ask artist for their "Act" name. Refer to the check-in sheet to make sure they are indeed on the list and booked for the show. • Check-in all artists and fill out the Event Check-in Sheet. • Fill out the sound schedule sheet and final production schedule for the sound tech. • List out all artists playing on the door sheet and their approximate start time in the lineup. • Collect any tickets as they come in and stamp the fan’s hand for re-entry. • Collect cash admission price for anyone without a ticket that is not on the will call list. • Check out each artist after their set and give them a door draw receipt. • Check-out with venue, fill out the End of Show Summary, and have the venue sign it verifying how much money was paid to the venue. • Submit post-show information to Afton and deposit any nightly cash.
