• Six Sigma project focused on reducing the changeover times and improving productivity of the packaging lines. • Project lead for the Shutdown/Start-up process of packaging lines resulting in cost savings of 250,000$ annually. • Supply Chain project focused on determining the root cause of schedule changes in the plant and implement techniques to reduce its occurrence • Managing reports from Leading2lean and performing data analysis in Excel to focus on the bottlenecks of the packaging lines. • Use concepts of value stream mapping to find opportunities of improvement and report to the management • Perform engineering studies on overpacks. • Learning business planning and control system (BPCS) software to analyze planning and inventory management • Act as liaison between planning, manufacturing, and Packaging divisions. • Part of Leading2Lean transformation.

• Travelled 9 states and performed projects in 11 facilities and gained the experience of working in a union environment. • Analyzed and formally presented data for solution of engineered labor standards issues. • Performed a Six-Sigma (DMAIC) project on automated pallet wrapping machines, improving the productivity of the warehouse by a significant amount. • Worked on a process improvement project focused on loading and provided valuable ideas currently being incorporated by the company. • Completed couple of inbound-logistics projects and offered recommendations to the operations team to improve the efficiency of the process. • Collaborated with supply chain analyst to understand the layout and the slotting of the warehouses and performed various experiments using excel to get optimum results.
