Oliver Blanco

With a background in career counseling, human resources, and nonprofits, Oliver specializes in developing strategic campus recruitment plans that connect Bauer BBA, MBA, and MS talent with employers. As a proud UH and UH-Downtown alum, Im deeply committed to community engagement, actively volunteering with organizations like the H.E.A.R.T. Program, Houston Hispanic Forum, OUT for Education, Trees for Houston, and the Houston Food Bank. Oliver earned his Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management from the University of Houston - Downtown, and his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Houston. Oliver is also dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ students at UH through Cougar Ally training. His collaborative approach ensures well-rounded, thoughtful recruitment strategies that benefit both students and employers.
