Friendly, fun, and collaborative describes me and my personality. I am a hard worker with an outgoing personality, an effective communicator, and I get along well with others. I feel that my best quality in the work environment is my ability to motivate others. My reputation amongst coworkers and customers is one marked by consistent recognition of my work ethic, my attention to detail, and my caring collaborative nature. In addition, I was a small business owner and operated a military home-based daycare center for five years, in which I developed and maintained several lasting relationships for almost two decades. I want to help people living in poverty to become educated and well-rounded. I want to encourage people to have confidence in themselves. To say the least I want to make the world a better place!
