Pablo Montes de Oca
My name is Pablo Montes De Oca and I hail from Naples, Florida. I am currently a senior year student at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where I am majoring in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace Engineering Minor in the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering.
In the Fall of 2014, I had the privilege to do a co-op with the Fluid Management New Product Development engineering team of Ingersoll Rand in Davidson, NC. I had a rewarding and educational experience so I decided to spend the following summer interning with the Material Handling Global Product Development engineering team of Ingersoll Rand in Kent, WA to work on high capacity winches and hoists.
Upon graduation, I have decided to take a position in the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) with Ingersoll Rand. As an Engineering ADP participant, I will complete two 12-18 month assignments, with the opportunity for an additional 6-month cross-functional assignment at a business unit or manufacturing facility all in different regions of the country. The accelerated rate of engineering experience and exposure to different strategic business units combined with ongoing coaching and continuous learning events will allow me to develop my functional capabilities as well as gain leadership competencies.
