Commissioner at City of Chula Vista
This position plans, develops and carries out economic cooperation, cultural interchange and mutual understanding on the basis of mutual friendship between the City and its sister cities. Chula Vista's sister cities are Odawara, Japan; Cebu City, Philippines and Irapuato, Mexico. A committee is set up to help prepare visits and entertain visitors and exchange students.
