East central University Rotaract Club

I keep track of all the funds of the Rotaract club including all the income and expenses. I present the transaction to all our Rotaract members and Officers in every general meeting and board meeting as well. I receive, deposit, and withdraw the funds as per the circumstances.

I planned the event, helped to receive fund, encouraged volunteers, highlighted the program, designed the t-shirt, helped to design the flowerbed, ordered the required materials and helped to bring them up to Wintersmith Park, coordinated more than 80 volunteers, built flowerbed in shape of Rotary Wheel, collected raked leaves, delivered speech at Estep Center and also planned for the speech program, helped to order food, served to our volunteers and cleaned all the spaces we used at last.
