Hello, my name is Preston Martin, I am currently a senior at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and plan to graduate in the year 2025. Throughout my life, I have always been known to lift others and put my needs on hold to ensure that someone close to me never has to worry about anything. Having this a part of my character has caused me to help those who find it a challenge to get and stay mentally and physically fit. With that said, I have always been an active individual and understand that others might not have the opportunity to enjoy the endless benefits that come with having this quality within you. I also plan to begin my own personal training company to help those in need. I also love to spend time with others and just being around positive people. I am still in the search for higher knowledge in the field of fitness and hope that I will be able to make my aspiration a reality very soon.

Preston Martin was recognized for earning a spot on the Dean's List
During the 2023-2024 school year, I saw all of my restless nights and hard work pay off by achieving the aspiration I had placed for myself since the start of my college journey, which was to make the Dean's List. This was nowhere near an easy feat to achieve, throughout my journey to achieve this goal, I had to push myself more than I have ever done since my freshmen year. Once I set my eyes on this award, I knew that everything that I went through was worth the effort. I hope that whoever is reading this will be able to visualize themselves performing the necessary actions that are required to have this title under their name and continue to thrive in whatever endeavor they are chasing.
