Rachit Bhargava

Let me start from the basics of ME101. My name is Rachit Bhargava, and as of now, I am a first-year Computer Science major at Georgia Institute of Technology. I started my journey 19 years ago and made my way as a learner and a performer of skills wherever I went. As you might imagine, what I might say about what I have done so far might vary depending on the context of when you ask this question, but to brief my interests, I am an entrepreneur and a developer of ideas at heart. I co-founded my first company when I was in Grade 11 and developed it into an international organization over a period of three years with it dealing with companies and individuals from over 50 countries. Intrigued by how I could solve problems in real world with the use of technology and motivated by my developer's interests, I developed several applications and bots in near past, each with their goals to solve a problem that someone in the corporate / practical world was facing, and deployed them at some secret places over the internet. Apart from being engaged in my academic coursework, I often engage myself in hackathons being organized near me and indulge myself in projects which might call for the usage of what I already know and learn new things to make what I make even better. Sometimes, you may also find me in one of the helpdesks at Georgia Tech or in the lounge of one of the dorms working with someone to tackle what I might call 'One of the Multimodal Challenges of Computer Science'.
