Coach/Mentor at O'Shea Living
Helping others reach their full potential and reach success in all aspects of their lives. To lead others, we must first lead ourselves. 80% of mentorship can be self-mentorship. We must read PMA books and learn from the experts in the past, as well as those who are currently enriching the lives of others. When your life is on a path, and you feel good about the work you are doing, you can then impact others. Two areas that control people's lives are their finances and their relationships; get those in order and experience growth in other areas of your life too.

Director for Student Veteran Affairs at New York Institute of Technology
Developed a robust organization to support NYIT Student Veteran success on campus. The three pillars I measure my outcomes on are: 1. Identifying and improving institutional support and resources to student veterans and the processes by which NYIT recruits, serves and accommodates them. --I advocated on behalf of the all NYIT Student Veterans to the NYIT administration and secured priority registration for veterans, increased the use of the Yellow Ribbon Program to unlimited, and am currently working to increase the recruitment and retention of veterans attending NYIT globally. 2. Providing peer-to-peer veteran support for academic, professional and personal success. --Secured space for a veteran lounge on two NYIT campuses and oversaw the renovation and design of the spaces so that Student Veterans could finally have a dedicated space to network with peers. --Worked with other departments to grant free NYSC memberships to Student Veterans. 3. Building community connections and partnerships to expand veteran services and engage student veterans in service to the community. --Partnered with community organizations to help Student Veterans gain meaningful experience in their desired fields, as well as offer training programs to help serve the community.
