Raye MacTiernan

I am a veteran teacher who decided to get a dual Master's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education after teaching at the high school and middle school levels. I was a special education living environment science teacher for several years at Parson's Neil Hellman School. The second part of my teaching adventure involved teaching science, math and art to middle schoolers in the city of Albany's Charter School system. I haven't gotten tired, or even slowed down in the classroom, and I plan to teach for another 20 years. My wife and children are an incredible influence on my drive and spirit.
