Represented the 10th Mountain Division as the Infantry Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Tables of Organization and Equipping (TOE), Basis of Issue Plan (BOIP) development and the organizational design of the Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT).

More than 13 years experience in company, battalion and division level planning, coordination and execution, ranging from routine garrison activities to combat operations in the Global War Against Terror.
Submitted concept to the Army Rapid Equipping Forces CoCreate Program which resulted in the development of the Mobile Command Post Project. Effort is to provide a air mobile communications platform to provide increased networked capability in support of dismounted Infantry operations.
