I own C3 Fitness, I have been a personal trainer for 11 years. I am on Krlp channel 11 weekly at 1245 pm on Tuesday giving workout advice and workouts . I attend the Journey church in Tower Grove and have a beautiful 9 year old daughter and 21 year old son. God is everything to me and I realize none of this could be possible without him.
