As a Technical Recruiter for FIS, a Fortune 500 company. I conduct full-cycle recruiting that allows for the management of the candidate experience from positioning the companys opportunity to onboarding. Other general duties include; Recruit exempt and non-exempt roles for numerous lines of businesses; Digital Finance (bill pay and mobile banking), Pre-Paid, Voice Response Unit (VRU), Systems Finance, Mainframe Ops, merchant services, technical support, and more. Determine job offer details, negotiating and preparing new hire offers that include employment agreements. Provide and handle all relocation services assistance with manager and candidate. Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence to leadership to negotiate competitive employment offers. Manage the logistics of the pre-offer, offer and post-offer processes. Coordinate transfers of staff between divisions or business units. Utilize databases, candidate sourcing resources, direct sourcing, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc Conduct in-depth requisitions launch meetings with leadership to comprehend their needs. Pre-screen & interview candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in the position. Manage an average work load of 30-40 requisitions for various lines of businesses. Summarize and relay manager feedback. Create and post job descriptions online. Track the progress of open requisitions and promising applicants throughout ATS, Taleo. Disposition all candidates in accordance of the OFCCP compliance. Plan and attend career events to provide the community with name recognition. Work effectively with other HR groups to research issues and answer candidate/employee questions.
