Ryan Anderson

I grew up in a small county town in Illinois. I graduated high school in 2002 and joined the United States Army in 2005. I worked as a canine handler and trainer finding IEDs and landmines in Iraq and Afghanistan. I was honorable discharged in 2011. I moved to Iowa and currently am the canine trainer for Dept. Veteran Affairs in Iowa City. I have been doing it for over 2 years. I am getting a bachelors in Sociology. I am a professional dog trainer I have been doing it over 10 years. I deal with people every day. For the VA I train Service and Emotional Support dogs for veterans with PTSD. I deal with people every day that have major social issues. The dogs help them deal with that.
