February, 29 2012 - Azusa Pacific UniversityThe Sales Director is in charge of maintaining all new camp bookings and preparations for camp. This includes cold and warm calling schools, finding new clientele, and visiting schools. I send new schools to camps at Catalina Island, Big Bear, and on our private ship. Duties are included but not limited to:
-Take incoming inquiries through calls, email, and social media to provide all new camp opportunities
-Find more clientele through active searches online, in person, and cold visits
-Provide weekly sales reports and gameplans for executive team
-Oversee store manager and provide clothing, logoware, and other store necessities for sale.
-Oversee sales team and constructively conduct opportunities to make booking through valuable leads
(1) Manager of camp store in charge of the following:
-The sale of all camp store products
-Creation of Google spreadsheets & Google docs including setting sales goals, creating company store standards, money management logs, and pricing and inventory documentation
-Count, check, and record all money as well as deposit funds
-Order apparel, logoware, and food from vendors whether by phone or in person
-Collect product merchandise and transport it manually to store if necessary
-Answer all phone store function included but limited to making orders, delivering orders, and answering all camp questions
-Provide quality customer service for all children and chaperones attending camp
(2) Social Media Facilitator including Twitter, Instagram, & Facebook
-Creating gameplans for social media via Google docs
-Take photographs around camp at our various sites to provide the best quality social media interaction
-Post regular posts according to company drives and visions
The assistant manager was there to facility under the store manager the correct measures set in place to keep the functions, sales, and customers maintained. We handled all aspects of the store such as opening and closing times, cash management, customer concerns, immediate feedback, employee relations, hiring & firing, store floor organization, stockroom management/organization, cleaning, purchasing of store supplies, write-ups, lighting, displays, floor changes, and paperwork.

Interns help organize, distribute, handle, and take in jewelry throughout the North American continent. On occasion I did sales through events, but I mainly worked in the office taking inventory, helping out with the website management, creating new ways to handle sales, and handling jewelry overall. NightLight makes sure that women in Thailand getting out of the sex trafficking industry have jobs and I was so happy to have worked there.
