- Processed multi-state, biweekly payroll for 200 employees
- Responded to all payroll inquiries and complaints within 24 hours
- Reconciled monthly credit card invoice for myself and our Vice President of Engineering
- Collected purchase orders, ordered supplies, received, and distributed those supplies and other equipment
- Maintained electronic employee records (Active, Inactive, I-9, 401(k), Benefits, Medical) for employees in two sites.
- Recruits and interviews for technical level positions for Hardware and Software Departments.
- Facilitated new hire orientations, compliance training, and performed other forms of organizational development.

- Conducted exit interviews and provides administrative support for the HR Manager and VP of Engineering.
