I am responsible for overseeing the entire process of managing new partner applications and conducting orientations. This involves reviewing and approving applications, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring that new partners are thoroughly onboarded and familiarized with our company's policies and procedures.
In addition to this, I handle incoming leads that originate from our partner channel. My role entails evaluating these leads, determining their suitability, and then assigning them to the appropriate sales team member to ensure they are followed up on and nurtured effectively.
Furthermore, I collaborate closely with our marketing department to develop and produce relevant content tailored to our various products and solutions. This content is designed to meet the specific needs and interests of our customers, thereby enhancing our marketing efforts and driving engagement.
A significant part of my role also involves organizing and managing joint marketing events with other companies. This process includes initial planning, coordinating with external partners, marketing the event to ensure a high attendance rate, and overseeing the seamless execution of the event itself. From sending out invitations to managing on-the-day activities, I ensure that every event is executed smoothly and successfully.
