I'm a person who is the architect of my teams, I am able to organize teams to run the more effectively. As President of Tau Beta Pi, I have organized the groups into committees and we have been able to increase the number of high-quality events we run by a factor of 5. I am an ideas man: as an RA I came up with many ideas for programs including Fancy Food night (voted best uphill social program), open mic nights, and more. Additionally, I have the training and experience to handle complicated emotional issues through hundreds of hours of RA and tutor training. Overall, I'm the person you want to be on your team as a leader and member and I have the skills to handle complex issues.
