-Assist clients with Covid-19 Rental Housing Support by auditing pending applications prior to approval.
-Verify applicants submitted documents and ensuring all information provided is accurate
-Working together with Landlords and Property Management companies to verify Lease Agreements and Tenant Payment Ledgers.
-Verify and ensuring all Landlords/Property Managers have provided accurate and valid W9s
-Reaching out to Applicants and Landlords through email and calls to verify all documentation has been properly submitted.
-Advising applicants and landlords of missing documentation by maintains open lines of communication through both emails and calls.
-Ensuring completed cases are submitted properly to upper management for funding approval.
-Maintaining open lines of communication with both colleagues and upper management.
-Working as a team to successfully approve cases in a timely and efficient manner.
Sales Team Project:
-Provide updated contact records for Sales Team within multiple Excel Spreadsheets.
-Verify and confirm all contact records are valid and contacts are active with the company.
-Conduct extensive research to assist with verifying contact records.

Accurately audit freight invoices per contract terms and client business rules
Maintain and update all contacts on file by communicating with in house procurement teams and outside client-based procurement teams
Examine and detect possible errors and determine resolutions to prevent similar future failures
Provide feedback to our Entry Team on information that is inaccurate in our NetNative Database and ensuring all errors are corrected in a timely manner
Comprehend carrier pricing, rules tariff, contract rates and NMFC/commodity identification
Track and report recurring issues and/or themes to management
Tracking and analyzing EDI failures/issues and working with the EDI coordinator in permanent resolution
Verify spot quotes within TMS and working with Logistics Coordinators to ensure quotes are accurate and update in the TMS system
Review, manage, and update SIF and Accrual errors for multiple clients daily- including verifying pricing, locations, SCAC's, equipment and all-important information related to the shipments is accurate and validated.
