I am delighted to announce the successful completion of the First-year Leadership Program (FyLP) at Southeast Missouri State University a journey that has significantly enriched my university experience. Over the course of six engaging weeks, I had the privilege of exploring and enhancing my leadership strengths through interactive sessions led by our exceptional student facilitators. The FyLP, more than just a series of activities, provided me with a platform to connect with fellow Redhawks, fostering enduring connections and friendships. Special gratitude goes to our dedicated facilitators for creating memorable sessions that left a lasting impact. As a participant, I delved into essential self-leadership topics, gaining valuable insights into my personality type, leadership style, and character strengths through thought-provoking self-assessments.
