Provide Tier-2 support during the installation and troubleshooting of IPC products and networks.
Implement Cisco and Avaya PBX integrations, including configuring route plans and IPC Media Gateways/Session Border Controllers.
Analyze SIP traces with Wireshark to ensure calls are being routed correctly.
Investigate logs with Splunk to quickly detect potential and reported faults by customers.
Collaborate with Tier 3 and Engineering to identify bugs, perform triage, and work towards the ultimate resolution of the identified issue.
Reproduce potential faults in the lab and establish protocols for active monitoring of troubled sites.
